Our Leadership Development Programme combines proven leadership theory with immersive, hands-on experiences that reinforce learning through real-world application. Participants gain a deeper understanding of leadership principles, team dynamics, decision-making, and how to recognise and develop both their own strengths and those of the people they lead.

By blending classroom learning with fun but challenging practical scenarios, participants experience first-hand how communication, planning, and leadership decisions influence team performance. What do I need to bring

Clothing to wear under the wetsuit (we recommend thin layers)​

Full change of dry clothing to get changed back into after the activity this includes shoes.

Closed Top shoes with hard soles and good grip for the activity itself. you will be walking on rocks with these and they will get wet.
