The half day session is perfect for those who want to make a private booking for you and your group. Taking this option allows us to tailor your experience to you. so if you want to spend more time on on any of the individual elements or you have some other outcomes you would like we can certainly ensure you have the best experience possible.

(8 Hours)

Open Sessions are pre selected dates that anyone can book onto and are a fantastic option for the solo adventurer who just loves getting out or small groups happy to mix. They are also a great way to meet like minded folks who share similar interests.

What do I need to bring

Clothing to wear under the wetsuit (we recommend thin layers)
Equipment
- Towel
- Full change of dry clothing to get changed back into after the activity this includes shoes.
- Closed Top shoes with hard soles and good grip. you will be walking on rocks with these and they will get wet.
Medication if required.
